In dreamweaver SSI 9server side includes) or templates?

I plan to start a website which will have identical pages in many a sections i.e. the banner, navigational bars on the top and on the bottom will remain the same, which will be more ideal to use templates or SSI and why, I also plan to include other links in the future and also run google adsense on these pages in the future, what should I do?

If your planning to keep the header, nav bar, and etc throughout the site i say go with the SSI so it can make life more easy. If you plan to change a or couple of headers you can always put a different SSI for updates.
