I started working on this furniture store website and I seem to be having trouble with the look of it... especially the navigation menu and making all the colors work... it's hard to make yellow and blue work together, but i've gotta figure it out somehow

All of your images are broken so I can't really see anything but your menu. The menu is a nice color and seems logically laid out.

Please see the attached screenshot to see what your site looks like in my browser. I just can't see anything except your menu.
It could be my firewall I suppose. I would have others check it as well.
The images worked fine for me. If you are referring to the beds. But the fact is, I thought the site looked a little outdated or like some cheesey late night commercial. You know, one of those that seem to scream at the TV.. I think your navigation seems to be well thought out and organized, I just felt it looked outdated.
