need help with help boxes

does anyone know how I can determine where the boxes pop up when using the help box script?

the script isn't actually tool-tips... it's a seperate window that pops up when you mouse over some text. but it uses the last window opened to position where the new one pops up, which is often right under the mouse.... so you end up with a fluttering window from it opening and closing too fast. www.thedigitaltruck.com/YOCS/ is what I'm talking about... click the sevices button and you'll see it.
