I've been working with SQL for quite some time now, and I'm about to go paid hosting. But I have a question.
The webhost I'm looking at offers 20 mySQL Connections. Now, would that be 20 connections per database, 20 connections per user (The username and password needed to connect to the SQL), 20 connections for account (cPanel login name, 20 connections may be spread across 50 databases) or does this very from host to host?
