Nightmare w/ developer! Best way to clean up mess?

Help! I need some advice as to where to find a new developer to do service intake forms. (See like those for corporate filing sites like legalzoom.com or mycorporation.com). Based on the developer's inability to do a search engine that works, I'm contemplating canning them.

Any ideas as to which sites I can find good and reasonably priced developers to finish my website? This has been a nightmare!

I would recommend you take your idea to a Web Development firm and get your project properly quoted and scoped. Outsourcing this type of thing to individuals will often cause alot of troubles.
