Username & Password Login

I want to issue people with a username and password and on their first login it forces them to change their password. Any ideas.

User a server side language (like .NET, ASP, or PHP) along with some type of database. You can check out places like hotscripts - they have a number or scripts there - you should be able to find one that supports your needs depending on the type of server you are on
