easy formmail question

Hey all. I have an easy one. My formmail script works great. The only thing is when I get the email, the sender field is blank in my inbox. I have the subject and date, but no sender. What is the correct name I need to use to supply that value. I tried using both 'sender' and 'from' in a hidden input tag, but the value only shows in the body of the email.
