how do you put a video a website without the controller?

i need to do that because we need to display video on memorial day, but we don't want to let people control it.

What kind of file is it? If it is a .wmv you can turn off the controls <PARAM name="ShowControls" VALUE="false">...but make sure you have autostart set to true or they won't be able to play the video at all.

they are MPG and avi format. very old video.
