Automatic Price Calculation

I am launching an ecommerce website, using OSCommerce shopping cart, and need someone who can figure out how to accomplish "automatic price calculation" when the customer customizes their order as seen on this site: http://www.psprint.com/printing_products/g...rd_printing.asp

If aqnyone knows how to do this in OSCommerce, or javascript, please let me know.
