Word editor for website

Hello everyone!
I have a travel agency's website which up till today is updated via an access database.
My client asked me whether he can update the site himself using an editor.
My question is how should I integrate an editor in the site so as to make it possible for a user with no html knowledge to update only specific content ?
I had a look on this editor (http://www.fckeditor.net/) but not exactly understood if it is what I need.

It sounds like you need a CMS. ContentSeed (http://www.contentseed.com) is one that I would recommend.

The editor you mentioned is good, but you also need a place to store the data, a way to store the data, and a way to call the data
