What is *.pub?

Ha-ha, call me a total lamer, never worked with this before! Search results in all types of beer-loving places :) What application I need for it?

Micro$oft Publisher maybe?

I tried everything, all I get is "unrecognized format" or nice squares and such :)

It's got to be something of that extent, since the name of the file is "*newsletter.pub"

OK, I confirmed that it IS Publisher. What the h*ck I can open it with except Publisher itself?

Publisher has a "save as HTML" option and while it doesn't really save things as HTML it's a start.
