i want to add security to a form so it can't be spammed

hi All!

can anyone tell me a good way to add security (a verification code would be nice) to this form so spammers can't keep bombing it?

problem is that's it was originally done in frontpage and i can't find anything good in the built in validation options.

i want to still edit this form in frontpage though...

can anyone help?
