Help me,IIS tool failed

My website doesn't work, and when I run Internet Services Manager tool on server ( install win2k server), I get this error message :
"Error connecting to server
unable to connect to target machine"
and shows no any machine name

I must restart server and then it's Ok, but after some day, I receive this error message again and my website stops working.
Help me. Thank for your attention

You haven't given enough information to help us figure out your problem either... however below are some ideas.

1. is this your only PC? or is this a deticated machine?
2. are there any services running you could turn off?
3. are there any programs that are loading that you could turn off? or free up reasources?
4. what are your system specs?
5. have you looked at your error logs to see what's going on during the time the server stops working?
