The email feedback from a form on my website is not working. Perhaps someone has a suggestion ... I am also working with my server support person.
Brief history: Form working fine, collecting info and emailing it back to designated receivers (using sendmail). Program also sends auto-response to user via email which is not working. Email functions on the Message Board also not working (using SMPT SErver.)
Suddenly we notice lack of email activity. We check with host server. They admit they switched servers .. aha! But they can not seem to get the email functions to work for me. They have not said if all their clients have similar trouble.
Currently we are concentrating on the form feedback We use bnbform.cgi. The problem has to lie with the references to the mail (duh.) The lines which have worked for 5 years have never been changed. Where should we (they) be looking?
