Cache Help! Please

I cannot seem to make this happen. If i go to my site, for some reason I cannot view it. It says site says temporarily down. I was told my IP has to refresh for in order it to view the new domain. If I use aol, it shows the site great. Is there anyway that I can fix this??? I have refreshed my ip, diabled and then enabled. Ive tried everything. Someone please help me.
