Font formatting

Can someone explain why the font I use in my Frontpage website appears different in the published version in IE7? Is there some options I need to tweak?

if you use any font other than Arial,Times or a couple others the formatting will not appear on a PC without those fonts.

I forgot to mention something...

IF you want a particular font you'll need to use that font in an IMAGE and place that where you want it on your page.
