An Annoyance! Printable order form.

I'm trying to fix a bug in my printable order form. At the bottom of the page it always prints the URL string. I had found a couple of pieces of code that change the message in the status bar, but have no effect on what shows up on the printed page. Is there a way to do away with that and thereby increase the whitespace??

The browser actually puts that in there. To get rid of it go into "File->Page Setup" (in IE) and change what they have for the Footer.

Not the answer I was looking for. I was hoping it was something I could include on my side. The footer and header take up so much room and if not careful, will cause a second page.
