LiveSimply.co.uk is a revolutionary online property rental marketplace. Rather than charging high fees like the traditional agents the website offers a place for landlords and tenants to meet. It is free to search and post.

The story
Our mission is to keep everything simple when renting or searching for London property like a flatshare in the UK. We want to make your life easy. Moving homes is a stressful time that we want to make as easy as possible. Not only do we aim to provide excellent customer service, we want to keep it simple
We all know Estate agents regularly rip of their customers but few know they frequently earn over £2000 on a rental property. They achieve this by exploiting the customer with bogus costs such as contract, admin and reference fees and gaining rental commission on top.
Estate agents have sent hate mail, abusive emails and even pretended to be the police telling Live Simply to remove our site from the internet. They have blocked Live Simply from advertising on internet portals and blocked them from joining ARLA which is the Assosciation. They are enjoying spending customer’s hard earned cash and they are reluctant to give it up.
I am just a 21 year old student, who had worked in the industry part time during his university course in London. Appalled at the state of the industry he was determined to set up an alternative to the traditional agent. Not wanting to just emulate the rip off agent I wanted to create a real alternative so he created Live Simply.
You get Full access to our entire website with full contact details direct with the landlords. Landlords use the site entirely free which means they can afford to offer lower rentals. The site is entirely private with no agents unlike the other classified websites in London which are full of agents. Since we charge nothing we actually make very little profit but we are making the rentals market much more efficient by removing the middle man.
I wanted to know if you guys had any ideas for improvements?
Should I make my site open source? should I add facilities, if so how and what like?
is anyone interested in joining in?
I was thinking of adding a parking space section and a storage space section.
