Need some help please

Can someone please verify if the following xml is valid? This is exactly how I am getting the XML. When a bring it in with PHP and generate the links they are broken.

First Piece
<BroucherURL>http://developer.newcondosonline.com/request_brochure.php?property=86&amp;pname=Waterfront Square Condominiums &amp; Spa&amp;compid=35</BroucherURL>

Second Piece
<FullDescription>&lt;CDATA&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Waterfront Square&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; is becoming an integral&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/CDATA&gt;</FullDescription>

Both look valid. PHP is probably unescaping the entities, eg &amp;amp;gt to > causing invalid xml.

How are you generating the links? eg source
