From what I can tell, they haven't advertised anything.

What do you need to advertise? Have you looked into sites such as http://www.internet.com (or similar sites) to place an ad? Sites such as that one are read daily by many web developers.

lmiksch- note that PeOfEo is correct, if you try using this forums for an advertisement, it will be removed.
