trouble coding

I host my own personal website on godaddy.com I added a guestbook. It has an addentry screen to enter a msg as well as the guestbook page so you can view entries. i finally got it to jum from one to the other but it doesnt add text from the addentry to the guestbook. Is there anyone that can look at my code? I can tell you the website so you can see what it does, or should I say doesn't do, and sent you the code.
