Create a folder when a new user (login) is created with user id as the folder name

I am maintaining a login page. I am mainting user list in the databse. user id is a autonumber field.

When i create a new user (loginname) I want to create a new folder with user id as the folder name with in a folder say userlist (ex. in c:).

Is it possible??
How can I do this?
