Radio buttons won't allow just one

For some reason the radio buttons in my HTML form won't allow just one choice to be picked, when you click on one and then click on another the first one stays selected and so does the second one. Go here to see http://calvary.spencer-designs.com/contact/

They worked ok for me in Firefox.
