can you go back and put a space between your url and the i of i am? it's screwing up the url...
here's a cleaned up version of your site, but the difficulties you are experiencing regarding changes seems more to do with your upload.

right:
which image should be a mail link? if this one then:
<a href="mailto:xxx@abc.com">
<img src="http://members.tripod.com/~gye_1/gifs/emegold.gif" border="0" alt="Email Us here">
</a>
should fix it.
How do you upload your stuff? (how does it get from your computer to the server?)

WOW...that is awsome :O)) thx Dave..i really appreciate your time..........and thx for the layout you did..i will try it......before i left for work, i redid my whole layout ,back to my original format......it came up great..except the e-mail thingy..but you showed me how to solve that.......i upload my files either from tripod itself,or, a couple of time i did it through ws_ftp le....and they both told me ,the files were transfered and uploaded...,,but i didnt see the change,when i went to my site,but i did see them in my practise folder,where i save my changes.....i use ACEHTML 5 PRO for my editor...and here is my ..url http://flabob237.tripod.com/ again ..thx man,and i guess this is the link.....if it works :O)
