On the signup page for advertise i would keep the same look as the rest of the page not a diffrent one like the one you've got going. Also for some of the links for advertisment and i didnt check any other ones but if u link to a diffrent site make sure it opens in a new window because it will keep viewers at your site were if it opened in the same window they might not be able to find your site again.

I think the about section in the footer should span all the way across the containing div and you should get rid of the comments form. It took me a long time to load the full page and even to see the form. You might even want to consider moving the google ads on the footer as they are rather annoying to me.

More importantly, I love the design. I'd say submit it to some gallery Web sites.
