Overall not bad. Viewing in Firefox, the top ads are too far down into your page. The right side menu is too far from right and covers up part of your page there. You have 12+ coding errors (6 in each frame page) that need correcting. Try validating pages (http://validator.w3.org/) that you make. CSS validates ok.
