Scroll bar question...

Hello everyone, I am new to this Forum and I have a question.

Is there a way to get just the side scroll bar and not the one at the bottom of the page?

You can add this to your body tag: style="overflow-x: hidden;"

That did not seem to work.
But does it matter whether it's a frame or not? I framed the page, and I don't want to be able to scroll to the side in one of the frames.
