ugly links in dreamweaver

onfocus="if(this.blur)this.blur() was neat! Now I work with dreamweaver.
Is there something in to get the same effect?
These little dotty lines are so ugly!

What is stopping you using your code above in dreamweaver anyway??

Thank you for trying to help me. I don´t use the code because it does not work. Or maybe I make a mistake somewhere, but I put it in the same place and nothing changes.
