Request for Javascript...Please!!!!!

For an assignment i have to:

Write a short three question quiz in javascript that asks the user their name and refers to the users name throughout the quiz. I have to keep their score and inform the user of their score on completion of the quiz. I am new to Javascript and don't know where to start, but want to learn. Can some one please lead me in the direction as to where i might find script for questions simular to this one. Thanks in advance.

Normally I'd love to help but you said it was for an assignment. I don't think it would be right to just do your work for you. Or have I just got the wrong end of the stick here.

Don't worry my teacher knows im not at that level so i wouldn't be able to use it anyway. I really just want to know if anyone can recommend a site that has stuff simular to this that i can can learn from and practice to better my skills.
