redirecting & .htaccess

I'm new in web developing, I want to ask how can I create my site redirect page like in this site(www.webdeveloper.com) when you are logged. I read about .htaccess. One article I red said that I need to create one. How can I do that. Please Help!!!!

I'm not sure what you mean. We don't have a redirect page.
