Help I can't figure it out

If anybody can help me I would appriciate it. I have been building WYSIWYG sites for years but now have a need to take it to another level and don't know how to begin.

What I need to do is build a site in which users can register and then have access to enter their own information into specified fields. That information would then go into a format that needs to be searchable online by each of the fields titles. All the while I need the listings to be available instantly as the list grows.
I'm building a list of users for the purpose of other users having access to them based on the information they supply in the "said" fields for data.
To recap; Users sign up and then get access to their own lisitng, that goes into an organized list that is accessible to all via the web.

I think it is pretty simple but have no clue what program or database to learn in order to make this happen.
PLEASE HELP! I'm running out of time to conclude this project.

I think you will need to learn a server-side language like PHP to do what you want. I doubt this can be done with any WYSIWYG editor alone.

Yes, this will likely have to be coded "by hand" rather than using a WYSIWYG editor. PHP and MySQL will work nicely but I am by no means a server-side expert, so there may be a better way.
