Setting up client updates for website

I have a site that I rebuilt that had functionality to post new listings via a perl script. The editing tool is in place but I am unsure how to get it to point to my new listing page. www.diamondtrealty.com/pages/listings.htm is the current page and www.diamondtrealty.com/edit is the page to upload new listings...somewhere the middle is lost? Can someone advise?
