window.open NN9 MZFF

I have an order form for my web site and I want to get the same results from Netscape Navigator and Mozilla Fire Fox as I get from IE, which is when my customers click submit upon filling out the order form a new window opens displaying the results of the filled out form. For some reason in NN and MZFF window.open just opens a new tab in the current window instead of a new window all together. Anyone have an answer.

Change the settings in the browser so that the browser works how you want.
