Link with picture change!

Hello, I dont know if Im gonna make myself clear because my english is not very good...
Ok...
Im looking for a code where I can put a image and a link but when the mouse is over the picture I want the picture to change for another one. Ive seen that somewhere but I cant find the site again.
If someone understand what I mean and know how to do it. Let me know
