Nifty Corners

Does anyone use nifty corners?

Well I am having a problem here

I used nifty corners for those two blue headers, and its not coming up?

Also I had written text on it.

It shows in Dreamweaver but it doesn't in the firefox when I browse the uploaded site.

What am I doing wrong?

Also, that when I resize the window, the elements go on the wrong places, does that mean I should put all my measurements including the size of my pictures to be on percentages?

I haven't had much luck with nifty corners either so here is an alternative http://www.curvycorners.net/usage.php. Gives you a 20px radius corner using css and javascript and no images.
