Scrripting Help

I am looking for a script that will open a specific page on my router (which is firewall for my internal network) and take a 'print screen' of the window, and then upload it to an FTP for displaying a local webserver.

SO the script needs to do this in order-
open web page
print screen web page
save image
upload image to an ftp

If possible, I woud like to schedule this once an hour to catch any ip changes on the outside of my router

I have never scripted bfore, so any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated/
