You might look into the scrollers at Dynamic Drive (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex2/index.html), but be aware there can be accessibility problems with using these. From the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10/#gl-movement):
7.3 Until user agents allow users to freeze moving content, avoid movement in pages.
