problem with website layout

I would like to make a website in which the button move with the picture and i want that the buttons also show the rollover picture down there and on release i want that it shows the rollover picture. after that for second image if it is in landscape then the second image comes with elasticity. I want perfect elasticity in website. i also want that the background image or texture image moves when i rollover the buttons and it also moves whe i release the buttons. I would like calls all the images from outside. so please tell me can i make the website like that?
