Downloading or opening .pdf

Hi
I have a .pdf file that I want people visiting my website to be able to download or open by clicking on the link.
As it is now, a page opens and a little coloured square is in the top left corner. It does work by right clicking and saving target as, but I want a one click (left) fix.
What must I do to fix this?:confused: :confused: :confused:

I'll find out in the morning if we have asp rights on the server,
I did put the same document as a .gif in case anyone doesn't have acrobat. the doc is just a simple order form that can be printed and filled out by hand and fax'd to me.
