Displaying a different image when refreshed

Please help! I'm trying to write javascript that shows a different picture whenever the screen is refreshed, etc. Any help would greatly be appreciated! Thanks.

what you can do is name all the files in a certain format.
then get a random number at every load of the page from the random number create the image url to be loaded and display the image.
