Form + cookies

Hi folks, I'm using a Form (mail) on my site and want to let the pc remember the information placed in that form... i.e. when the same surfer gets to this form he/she will find the previously given information shown there.... so, that he/she doesn't have to re-enter his/her information again (cookies)..
Does anyone have a sample of html with javascript that I can use for my Form ?
