I am creating this website www.thedeadinside.com

At the top of the page I am embedding two flash movies. But if you use internet explorer you have to click on the movie and then it adjusts position. Does anyone know how to fix it.

Please note that while on other browsers the movie need a click to activate the adjustments have only happened on explorer so far.
