I've been just finished work on my another website http://www.lspresources.com, I would really want to know what people think about the site? basically a bit of everything! I love to have is some, real, honest feedback from people I don't know as that can be very useful in improving my website. Please take a look and let me know what you think.

It's very pretty. nicely done. I don't like the flash header, but only because it keeps repeating itself. I would play it once and then stop IMHO :)

like the look of the site, but it does not validate, also arent web site really supposed to be created using semantic markup divs etc rather than tables?
