I am looking how to convert a word document into a pdf file that can be edited within a web browser. User should be able to fill out the application , submit, clear and print. Once submitted the document is sent to an email address and the document can be printed with the user's input without reformatting the document.

Anyone have suggestions what products are required and how this is done?

It cant be. You can make it so a user can fill out a form and save it as a text file and that can be emailed to him, but no word docs or pdfs
