The page is pretty wide. Even with my 1200x resolution it had a left right slider, I personally hate those.

A bit basic still, lots of white space. I hate those big ad banners right up top next to the logo. That space should be reserved to make a nice header, at least try to build the header around the big ad space so it looks more embedded I guess.

The site is a bit plain for a joke site. I would have expected to see more colour. You mention millions of jokes and then below 2079. Minor criticisms. The main one is the horizontal scrolling.
Nevertheless, I bookmarked the site.
