A few errors and alot of warnings on the first site. Recommend a Validator check. :)
The second site, -a bit 'dark' with the colors, and that scrolling textbox on the right, in Firefox, the text is BLACK and invisible. I highlighted a section to show, -and noted a misspelled word (twice).
I have seen those scripts that are 'browser sniffers' that inform the visitor what browser they are using, stats from their computer, their IP-address, etc. -A useless and, for the novice sometimes, -an unsettling bit of information to share. A 'browser sniffer' might be used to serve content based upon the user's platform and hardware etc., but sharing & showing them what the have.. some people might not like it that you have this ability. This is why some people often turn-off their javascript in their browsers. :o

well we actually store this information... And we have it blacked out for a reason.. only people who pay close attention will notice. Thanks for the input though!
