:confused: I'm having a problem adding the Message Blinker JavaScript. All that is showing up after adding it to my index.html document is...Free JavaScripts provided
by The JavaScript Source

At least your advertisements showing up. ;)

Can anyone help me, and can i post the whole index.html document for you to look at?

You forgot to escape your single quotes. Try this:

var singlemessages='<div class=tab align="center"><a class=tab href=""><u>Coming Friday.<div class=tab>August 22nd. 2003<div class=tab>Ben & Marty\\'s<div class=tab>Yellow-Tail Tuna B-B-Q</u></a></div></div></div></div>'

Also, according to the WIA, one should not use blinking text unless there is a way to stop the blinking. http://www.w3.org/WAI/wcag-curric/sam61-0.htm

It does stop blinking when the cursor is placed over it.

Thanks for your help, i'll give it a try.

It did for me... Note that it takes a while to start blinking, as the site must fully load (which seems to take forever -- apparently due to a counter) before it will work.

Here's what i did, i deleted the code in my document, pasted yours in, and refreshed. I still only get the...Free JavaScripts provided by The JavaScript Source. For the past five minutes, or so, i've been checking out your www.infinity.com site, so it's had more than ample time to load.

Crap. The forums messed up the code in my post. It deleted the backslash used to escape the single quote ( ' ) in your code. Try it now...

Glad it's working...

Sunshines is good, but when I think of California, all I can think about (well, mostly ;) ) is surfing... :D

I'm too old for surfing anymore, i just spend my time on the beach watching the young hard bodies, and drinking Margaritas. It's a hard life, but someone has to do it. :D
