I was wondering....has anyone ever seen a slideshow like this:

Is this only something you could accomplish in Flash?

This particular slideshow can only be done with flash.

You COULD do something similar (and much more complicated) in DHTML, but it's more hassle than it's worth, most likely. It would consist of using a .png "fuzzy edges" image file positioned over the other images, with SIGNIFICANT amounts of DHTML trickery to rotate the images back and forth.

If it were me, I'd use Flash because I can, and it's easier. :D
