Registration bridge?

I'm trying to put together a non-profit website using phpizabi and need to integrate vBulletin, MediaWiki and Wordpress into it.

I've posted on elance, rentacoder and many forums asking for some help.

So I'm kinda stuck with it myself. I know some basic PHP/MYSQL but not a lot.

Basically how can I set it up so the user registers on phpizabi, and that user is then also registered on MediaWiki, Wordpress, and vBulletin?

Is there a quick and easy way to just call the register functions in the others?

I've started just trying to edit the registration file in phpizabi to add the same info into the wordpress database... but it's tedious work. Is there any easier way?
