pop-up menus in another frame

Hi All,

I have just been through the Macromedia steps to get pop-up menus to appear in another frame of a frameset. This works fine except that when I scroll down with the target frame, I lose the menus (and new ones are lost) because they are fixed to the top of the frame page.
Does anyone know how to have them as floating i.e. they always appear below the frame from where they are generated and not tied to the target frame page?
